One parent – or grandparent, or godparent, or another relative – can sign up for the program and receive free Juice Plus+ capsules or chewables for a child in addition to the Juice Plus+ products they purchase for themselves. Two adults purchasing? Then two children get free Juice Plus+.

But when you participate in Healthy Starts for Families, you’ll start to focus on better nutrition overall – as well as on fitness, sleep, and hydration – all important parts of a healthier lifestyle.
Over the years, by encouraging families to focus on all four key components of good health, we’ve helped more than 1.8 million families build healthier habits. We ask adult participants in Healthy Starts for Families to complete occasional questionnaires about the impact the program has had on their own families. Here’s what more than 250,000 respondents have told us about their children:

Participation Guidelines
- Adults must be over the age of 18 and play an active role in a child's life to sign up for the program.
- The child’s free product is sent to the same address as the adult.
- Children must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Adults must purchase a minimum order of Juice Plus+ Essentials Fruit and Vegetable Blend capsules or chewables on a subscription basis. The child’s free product is shipped every four months along with the adult product.
- Shipping is free for the parent, but there is a $12 shipping charge for each four-month supply of free product for the child.
